Fried Chicken

Wondering how to make perfectly fried chicken for your family, friends or just yourself. Am going to tell you how.

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp of oil
  • 2 tsp of oregano
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1\2 tsp of pepper
  • 1\2 tsp of salt
  • 1\2 cup of Mozzarella
  • 1\2 cup of Parmesan
  • 1\2 tsp of parsley
  • 1\2 cup of double cream
  • 16 slices of white bread

Procedure:

  • Wash your hands with soap and clean water
  • Using a microwaveable dish add the oil, oregano and garlic and mix together.
  • Add the chicken breasts and flip until the ingredients are on the chicken breasts.
  • Bake for 25 minutes at 360°F
  • Shred the chicken using two forks.
  • Put the shredded chicken in a big bowl,add the Mozzarella and parmesan, parsley and double cream.
  • Mix properly.
  • Cut the crust off the white bread
  • Add the mixture of the chicken on the bread and another slice on top and press the sides down securely.
  • Fry in hot oil till golden brown.

Butter toast

Now this is easy to make and makes you full quickly. These are the ingredients you’ll need; Sliced bread Unsalted butter Salt or Sugar (optional)

Procedure:

Using a bread knife, spread the butter on the bread.

Then hit up a skillet with a medium heat.

Then put the put the bread and wait for it to turn golden brown

Then sprinkle sugar or salt on top and use a blow torch to melt it. (optional)

Serve as you desire.
